Firehead Organ Works offers digital scores of print music. Therefore, as we have no control over our product and intellectual property once it has been downloaded by a patron, we DO NOT issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product download link is sent. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item on our site.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NONREFUNDABLE.
However, sometimes things can go wrong with the delivery or access to your product. In this case, we recommend contacting us for assistance and preferably within 7 days of the order date.
Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with any third-party software, programs, or applications.
